Return to outdoor activities

So from Monday 26 April, organised outdoor activities for up to 30 people can again take place (previously Monday 3 May). More info from Welsh Gov here

What this means for us and athletes is a return to group rides, while following the guidance of social distancing.

We’ve uploaded some routes for riders to follow. Most rides originate from The Secret Beach Bar and Cafe on Swansea seafront, but you can pick them up along the route closest to you.

They are in 2 parts. Part 1 is for mid week training sessions and sessions up to 90 minutes, and part 2 is for the longer weekend rides of 4 hours+.
Just follow the training plan on your trainXhale accounts for session information.
Have included some coffee and cake rides, where we are looking at the social side of the riding and grabbing a mid ride or end of ride coffee and cake!
Feel free to comment on the routes in Plotaroute and give them a rating out of 5.

Will update with some longer routes in the next few weeks,  and will be running a trip to Tenby for a few recce rides of the Ironman bike route.
